CHAP. 370.— An Act for the relief of Duncan L. Clinch, of the State of Georgia.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Duncan L. Clinch.Removal of political disabilities. That Duncan L. Clinch, a citizen of the State of Georgia, be, and he is hereby, relieved of all political disabilities imposed upon him by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States. Approved, March 3, 1885.
