CHAP. 364.— An Act granting a pension to James Brown.July 7, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Brown.Pension. That the Secretary of the interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of James Brown, late a private in Company F, One hundred and thirty-ninth Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of disability for total blindness subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 7, 1884.
