CHAP. 361.— An Act granting a pension to Asahel D. Whitcomb.July 7, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Asahel D. Whit-comb.Pension. That the Secretary of the interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Asahel D. Whitcomb, late of Company E, First Regiment Missouri Engineers and Mechanics, on account of disease of spine. This pension is granted subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws in force at the time the said Whitcomb first presented a claim on account of said disability. Approved, July 7, 1884.
