CHAP. 350.— An Act granting a pension to Henry A. Armstrong.July 7, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry A. Armstrong.Pension. That the Secretary of the interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry A. Armstrong, late surgeon of the Second Regiment of New York Heavy Artillery. Approved, July 7, 1884.
