CHAP. 345.— An Act granting a pension to James P. F. Toby.July 7, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James P. F. Toby.Pension. That the Secretary of the interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James P. F. Toby as second lieutenant of Company B, Thirty-first Maine Volunteers, now on the pension-roll as a sergeant in said company and regiment. Approved, July 7, 1884.
