CHAP. 34.— An act granting a pension to Catharine Bullard.April 28, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catharine Bullard.Pension to. That from and after the passage of this act the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Catharine Bullard, widow of Doctor Talbot Bullard, deceased, an acting volunteer surgeon, and to pay her a pension at the same rate as the widows of surgeons of volunteers are now paid.
