CHAP. 326.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Jacob Miller.July 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United, States of America in Congress assembled*,Jacob Miller.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized anti directed to increase the pension of Jacob Miller, late a private in Company K, Ninth Indiana Volunteer Infantry, from thirty dollars to forty dollars a month, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, July 5, 1884.
