CHAP. 323.— An Act for the completion of a public building at Council Bluffs, Iowa.March 3, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Public building, Council Bluffs, Iowa.Appropriation.1882, vol. 22, ch. 186, p. 95.Limit of cost extended.Cost not to exceed appropriation. That the additional sum of one hundred thousand dollars is hereby appropriated to erect a post-office, court-room, and internal-revenue building at Council Bluffs, Iowa, to be expended by the Secretary of the Treasury, subject to the requirements of an act for that purpose approved May twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and eighty-two.
The limit of cost prescribed in said act is hereby extended. And no plan shall be approved which will involve an expenditure for site and building complete, including approaches, greater than the limit herein fixed. Approved, March 3, 1885.
