CHAP. 318.— An Act granting a pension to Susan Y. AttwaterJuly 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America’ in Congress assembled*,Susan Y. Attwater.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan Y. Attwater, widow of Thomas Attwater, deceased, who was a private in Company 0, of the One hundred and twelfth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry in the late war tor the suppression of the Southern rebellion, Approved, July 5, 1884.
