CHAP. 317.— An Act granting a pension to Rivers BanksJuly 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rivers Banks.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized to place on the pension-roll, sub ject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rivers Banks, late a private in Company 0, North Cumberland Battalion Kentucky State Troops.
