CHAP. 314.— An Act to increase the pension of William Irving.July 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Irving.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of William Irving, late lieutenant-colonel of the Thirty-eighth Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry, who now holds pension-certificate numbered forty-nine thousand eight hundred and one, to the sum of forty dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, July 5, 1884.
