CHAP. 313.— An Act granting a pension to Emetine L. Fitch.February 28, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emetine L. Fitch.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Emetine L. Fitch, widow of John T. Fitch, late of Company D, Seventh Indiana Volunteers, subject to the conditions and restrictions of the pension laws. Approved, February 28, 1885.
