CHAP. 311.— An Act granting a pension to Thomas D. Fitch.February 28, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas D. Fitch.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas D. Fitch, late surgeon of the Forty-second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry. Approved, February 28, 1885.
