CHAP. 309.— An Act to increase the pension to Jacob Wiener.February 28, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jacob Wiener.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to increase the pension of Jacob Wiener, late a private in Company I, Forty-first Regiment of New York Volunteers, to forty dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1885.
