CHAP. 303.— An Act granting a pension to Isabella Bertha Weaver.July 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isabella Bertha Weaver.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized to place on the pension-roll the name of Isabella Bertha Weaver, the only surviving child of Ordnance- Sergeant Jeremiah Weaver, late of the United States Army, and pay to her lawful guardian, for her use a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars a month, from and after the passage of this act, until she arrives at the age of sixteen years.
