CHAP. 3.— An Act to authorize the Hillsborough National Bank to change its name to that of the First National Bank of Hillsborough, Ohio.Dec. 18, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hillsborough National Bank, Hillsborough, Ohio, to change name. That the name of the Hillsborough National Bank of Hillsborough, Ohio, shall be changed to the First National Bank of Hillsborough, Ohio, whenever the board of directors of said bank shall accept the new name by resolutions of the board, and cause a copy of such *Proviso*.resolutions, duly authenticated to be filed with the Comptroller of the Currency: *Provided*, That such acceptance be made within six months after the passage of this act.
Sec. 2. That all debts, demands, liabilities, rights, privilegesLiabilities, etc., not affected. and powers of the Hillsborough National Bank of Hillsborough, Ohio, shall devolve upon and inure to the First National Bank of Hillsborough, Ohio, whenever such change of name is effected.
