CHAP. 297.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth Hood.February 28, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Hood.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Hood, mother of Rowland J. Hood, late a private in Company, Eighty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and of Morebird Bradley Hood, late of the United States Navy. Approved, February 28, 1885.
