CHAP. 292.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Patrick Foley.July 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Patrick Foley.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Patrick Foley, late of the crew of the United States Steamer Ticonderoga, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month; said pension to be in lieu of that he now receives. Approved, July 5, 1884.
