CHAP. 286.— An Act granting a pension to Harriet Armstrong.February 28, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harriet Armstrong.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Harriet Armstrong, widow of Levi Armstrong, late a private in Company E, One hundred and third Indiana Volunteers, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 28, 1885.
