CHAP. 278.— An Act granting a pension to Michael Shields.July 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Sta tes of Amer ica in Congress assembled*,Michael Shields.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Michael Shields, late a private in Company G. in the Fifty-seventh Regiment of New York Volunteers, Approved, July 5, 1884.
