CHAP. 273.— An Act granting a pension to Arthur I. McConnell.July 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*,Arthur I. MoConnell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Arthur I. McConnell, late of Company M, One hundred and second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 5, 1884.
