CHAP. 270.— An Act granting a pension to Eliza A. Shealey.July 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza A. Shealey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Eliza A. Shealey, widow of Daniel Shealey, 593 FORTY-EIGHTH CONGRESS. SESS. I. CHS. 270-275. 1884. late second lieutenant of Company E, Second Maryland Regiment of Cavalry, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, and to pay lier a pension during her widowhood from and after the passage of this act.
