CHAP. 267.— An Act granting a pension to Margaret WigginsJuly 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret Wiggins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the laws, the name of Margaret Wiggins, mother of Henry Wiggins, late a private in the Ninth Regiment Kansas Volunteer Cavalry. Approved, July 5, 1884.
