CHAP. 249.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Fannie S. BeaumontJuly 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fannie S. Beaumont.Increase of pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Fannie S. Beaumont, widow of John C. Beaumont, late an admiral in the Navy of the United States, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month; said pension to be in lieu of that she now receives. Approved, July 5, 1884.
