CHAP. 243.— An Act granting a pension to Cornelia V, Blackman.February 26, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cornelia V. Blackman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to place the name of Cornelia V. Blackman, widow of Harvey C, Blackman, late a second lieutenant in the Eighth Kansas Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, and grant her a pension from the date of the passage of this act, subject to the pension laws. Approved, February 26, 1885.
