CHAP. 241.— An Act to reinstate Cornelius Fitzgerald on the pension roll.July 5, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cornelius Fitzgerald.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to reinstate the name of Cornelius Fitzgerald, late a private in Company G, One hundred and sixth Regiment. Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and holding certificate numbered one hundred and twenty seven thousand two hundred and sixty nine, on the pension roll, and that he be paid his pension as provided by law from the date of the suspension of the same, Approved, July 5, 1884.
