CHAP. 227.— An Act granting a pension to Wealthy H. Seavey.February 26, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wealthy H. Seavey.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll, the name of Wealthy H. Seavey, of Erroll, New Hampshire, as dependent foster-mother of Charles W. Seavey, late a private in Company I, Seventh Regiment Maine Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 26, 1885.
