CHAP. 204.— An Act granting a pension to Charles H, Phillips.February 26, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles H. Phillips.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Charles H, Phillips, late a teamster in the First Division, Fifteenth Army Corps, and pay him a pension of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of the present pension. Approved, February 26, 1885.
