CHAP. 196.— An act granting a pension to Amanda Cutter.July 4, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Amanda Cutter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws the name of Amanda Cutter, mother of J. Henry Cutter, formerly a private in Company C, Thirty-second Regiment of Iowa Infantry Volunteers, and to commence from and after the passage of this act. Approved, July 4, 1884.
