CHAP. 189.— An act granting a pension to Frank F. Fitkin.July 4, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frank F. Fitkin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frank F. Fitkin late a private in Company B, Thirty-first Regiment of Iowa Infantry Volunteers. Approved, July 4, 1884.
