CHAP. 174.— An act granting a pension to Mary Ullery.July 3, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Ullery.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, 546 FORTY-EIGHTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Chs. 174, 175, 183–186. 1884. the name of Mary Ullery, mother of Daniel Ullery, who was drowned while in the United States service as a member of Company D, Twelfth Ohio Volunteer Infantry.
