CHAP. 17.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of J. R. Waddy, of Virginia.Jan. 12, 1885. *Be it enacted try the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,J. R. Waddy.Removal of political disabilities. That all the political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution on J. R. Waddy, a citizen of the State of Virginia, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, January 12th, 1885.
