CHAP. 168.— An act granting a pension to Emma A. Porch.July 3, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emma A. Porch.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Emma A, Porch, of Cole County, Missouri and that she be paid at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, July 3, 1884.
