CHAP. 160.— An act for the relief of Maria L. Hammer.July 3, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Maria L. Hammer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be paid to Maria L. Hammer, as a nurse in the service of the United States in Government hospitals during the late war, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, to commence from and after the passage of this act; and that the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Maria L.
