Montgomery.February 25, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,A. B. Montgomery.Removal of political disabilities of. That all political disabilities imposed upon A. B. Montgomery, a citizen of Georgia, by the fourteenth article of amendments to the Constitution of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, February 25th, 1885.
