CHAP. 158.— An act to increase the pension of Mathew O. Regan.July 3, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha B. McCullach.pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mathew O. Regan, late of Company E, Third Regiment, United States Artillery, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, according to the provisions of the act increasing pensions, approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, instead of twenty-four dollars per month, which he now receives, from and after the passage of this act, the same as if his arm had been amputated at or above the elbow.
