CHAP. 157.— An Act for the relief of Wehrle. Week and Son.February 25, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Wehrle, Werk & Son.Relief of That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to abate internal-revenue taxes to the. amount of four hundred and sixty-one dollars and eighty seven cents illegally assessed against Wehrle, Werk and Son, in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-six, for spirits distilled in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-five. Approved, February 25th, 1885.
