CHAP. 154.— An Act to remove the disabilities of James D. Johnston, of Georgia, incurred under the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution.February 25, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,James D. Johnston.Removal of disabilities of. That the disabilities created by the third section of the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States and incurred by James D. Johnston, of Georgia, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, February 25th, 1885.
