CHAP. 154.— An act granting a pension to Solomon K. Ruggles.July 3, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Solomon K. Ruggles.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Solomon K. Ruggles, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 3, 1884.
