CHAP. 153.— An Act for the relief of W. C. Marsh.February 25, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,W. C. Marsh.Relief of. That the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States be authorized and directed to pay W. 0. Marsh, of Tennessee, two thousand and fifty-four dollars, the same being the amount taken from him on or about the tenth day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, by the officers commanding the gunboat New Era, and turned into the Treasury of the United States. Approved, February 25th, 1885.
