CHAP. 152.— An act for the relief of John W. Cummins.July 3, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John W. Cummins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and instructed to place the name of John W. Cummins, late a first lieutenant of Company C, Thirty-fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 3, 1884.
