CHAP. 143.— An Act granting a pension to Isabella Higgins.February 20, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isabella Higgins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, the name of Isabella Higgins, late hospital matron of the Eighth Regiment of Iowa Infantry Volunteers. Approved, February 20th, 1885.
