CHAP. 140.— An act granting a pension to Louisa V. de Kilpatrick, widow of Major-General Judson Kilpatrick.July 1, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Louisa V. de Kilpatrick.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Louisa V. de Kilpatrick, widow of Major-General Judson Kilpatrick, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, July 1, 1884.
