CHAP. 130.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of E. P. Alexander, of Georgia.February 17, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,E. P. Alexander.Removal of political disabilities. That all the political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States on E. P. Alexander, a citizen of the State of Georgia, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, February 17th, 1885.
