CHAP. 13.— An act for the relief of Louisa Boddy.Mar. 20, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Louisa Boddy.Relief of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to Louisa Boddy, of County, State of Oregon, the sum of five thousand four hundred dollars, in full settlement of her claim against the Government for depredations committed and property taken and destroyed by the Modoc Indians on or about November twenty-ninth, anno Domini eighteen hundred and seventy-two. Approved, March 20th, 1884.
