CHAP. 128.— An act for the relief of Hiram M. Howard, of Richland, Kansas.June 27, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hiram M. Howard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Hiram M. Howard, late a private in Company I, Second Regiment Kansas Volunteer Militia, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 27, 1884.
