CHAP. 125.— An act to remove the disabilities of Robert D. Thorburn of Virginia.June 26, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Robert D. Thor-burn.Removal of political disabilities. That the disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States upon, and incurred by Robert D. Thorburn of Virginia, shall be, and are hereby, removed. Approved, June 26, 1884.
