CHAP. 124.— An act to remove certain disabilities of Henry Newman.June 26, 1884. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two thirds of each House concurring therein)*,Henry Newman.Removal of certain disabilities. That the disabilities imposed by section twelve hundred and eighteen of the Revised Statutes upon Henry Newman, now a private in Battery B, Second United States Artillery, in the Army of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, June 26, 1884.
