CHAP. 122.— An Act granting a pension to Albert D. Simmons.Feb. 14, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Albert D. Simmons.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed and authorized to put the. name of Albert D. Simmons, late a private in Company E, One hundred and ninetieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, February 14th, 1885.
