CHAP. 12.— An Act granting a pension to Charles F. Paris.Jan. 10, 1885. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Un States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles F. Paris.Pension. That the Secretary of Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on pension-roll, the name of Charles F. Taris, kite a private in Comp F, One hundred and twenty-third Indiana Volunteers, subject to provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, January tenth, 1885.
